Halden Wharf's tower passes the sixth floor

The concrete frame of the tower on Newtown Creek climbs a floor every eight days, and the first planted balcony edges are cast on the lower floors.

A multi-story frame wrapped in scaffolding, its floors open to the sky

The tower's core is now at the eighth floor and the frame follows two floors behind. The balcony edges are cast with deep planters built in, so every balcony can carry a small tree once the building is finished, with the Manhattan skyline across the water.

Registered buyers will see the prices and floor plans first when sales open in spring 2027.
